Massage
Therapeutic massage is the combination of multiple detail-focused techniques to relieve muscle tension and connective tissue restrictions. This is great for specific issues like stiff shoulders, back pain, or headaches.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a technique that focuses on specific pressure points within your hands o/a feet to stimulate nerve endings connected to the different organ systems throughout the rest of your body. Tori is not considered a reflexologist but rather a massage therapist that practices the technique.
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic flow is a very gentle, surface-level massage that helps to direct lymphatic fluid towards the lymph nodes. Both cupping and hands are used. Cupping uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body’s soft tissues. This works great for softening dense build up of metabolic waste trapped in the body's circulatory system. Those with the following conditions must avoid LF: Heart conditions, Kidney failure, Blood clots and Infection.
