Dr Shirtina Quon was born and raised in Burnaby and graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology. Knowing she wanted to spend her career helping others stay active and healthy, she went on to graduate summa cum laude and class valedictorian at the University of Western States in beautiful Portland, Oregon. Dr Shirtina believes that everyone can benefit from evidence informed chiropractic care and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to patient care. Using joint manipulation, mobilization, soft tissue therapies, and exercise rehabilitation, chiropractic care is a safe and effective way to help improve one’s quality of life. Additionally, Dr Shirtina has a special interest in the peri- and postnatal care of pregnancy individuals and has been trained in Webster’s Technique - a safe and non-invasive way to treat the pelvis during pregnancy. When she’s not in the clinic, you will find her exploring the best the Lower Mainland has to offer or learning how to make new recipes with her family.
