Kim is a certified Kinesiologist who completed her degree in Human Kinetics in 2014 amongst universities in Victoria, Kelowna, and Australia. She has since developed experience in a physiology lab, clinical and gym setting. Areas that Kim is actively involved with are injury rehabilitation, injury prevention, tailored exercise prescription, sport specific conditioning programs, gradual return to work programs, hydrotherapy, falls prevention, and chronic disease management such as Osteoarthritis. Kim has recently completed training in teaching Yoga and is a personal trainer in the valley, offering 1-1 and group fitness. Her clinical goals are to increase function and quality of life by providing reputable evidence based education and rehabilitation.
