Dr. Mitchell Harvey obtained his Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo in 2018. He went on to complete the four year Doctor of Chiropractic Degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) where he graduated in 2022. Growing up playing hockey, he always had an interest in working with athletes. During his chiropractic studies, he also completed a certification in Strength and Conditioning through the National Strength and Conditioning Association in 2021 and gained experience working as a strength coach with athletes and the general population. Dr. Harvey is committed to promoting evidence based treatment that is up to date and follows the best available research in his field. Providing education and reassurance, he makes shared decisions with his patients empowering them to be the center of their care. Dr. Harvey believes treatment should be customized to the individual and their goals. He focuses on building the capacity to self-manage while promoting confidence and motivation for exercise and a more active lifestyle. His mission is to make his community stronger and healthier while helping people be the change they want to see! When he is not in clinic, Dr. Harvey is in the gym, spending time with family and friends, or going for walks with his dog, Pepper.
