Sydney was born and raised in Kamloops, growing up with a love of sports and being active. In 2021 she graduated from UBCO with a bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics, majoring in Clinical Exercise Physiology. She then moved east to complete her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto in 2024. Sydney has taken additional training in posture & movement assessment, concussion assessment & treatment, and paediatric physical therapy. She has a special interest in sports injuries, paediatrics, and helping people achieve their optimal physical functioning - whatever that may look like for them. Sydney employs a client-centered approach to care, treating the body as a whole, and takes pride in her ability to easily connect with clients. Outside of the clinic, you’ll likely find her hitting the gym, golfing, hiking, camping, or paddle boarding. She also equally enjoys lounging at home with her cat catching up on the latest reality tv drama.
