With over 15 years of experience, Heather takes a personalized approach to help her clients achieve their recovery and performance goals. A graduate with a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from the University of British Columbia, Heather has continuously expanded her expertise through extensive additional training. Her commitment to professional development enables her to utilize advanced techniques to help patients recover more quickly, perform better, and maintain long-term health. Heather’s vast knowledge and personal experience allow her to work with a diverse clientele, including athletes, older adults, surgical patients, and the general public. She believes in the power of listening, educating, and empowering her patients throughout their treatment journey. Today, she remains active by running, cycling, and weightlifting. She has competed in triathlons from Sprint to Ironman distances, as well as full and half marathons. Currently, Heather is focusing on short-course triathlons. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband and two children.
