While attending the University of Windsor, Stephaney competed on the Track team in the 1500m and 3000m events, as well as cross country. After Graduating from University, Stephaney continued to compete as a sponsored long distance runner with Skechers Performance. Stephaney continues to compete on the roads in distances ranging between 5km-marathon with career highlights that include a 5k personal best of 17:11 and 35:57 for 10k. Stephaney is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She graduated with Honours from Westervelt College in Kitchener. Stephaney enjoys treating different pathologies related to activities of daily living and sports related injuries through various massage techniques including General Swedish Massage, trigger point therapy, fascial techniques and stretching. Stephaney is a Certified Running Coach through the NCCP and coaches with FastisFun Personal Coaching. Additional hobbies include; figure skating, spending time with family, and traveling.
