Blake Roch graduated from the Birmingham School of Massage. He works best in deep tissue neuromuscular therapy, and has a passion for finding the root cause of pain and resolving it. He truly believes that with patience and dedication to understanding pain, we can find a solution to anything impeding ones comfort, health, and happiness. Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation. Nueromuscular therapy is added for tight knots and trigger points. This is our basic massage. If you like deeper pressure we advise you to book a deep tissue massage for only $5 more.
