Hi, I’m Erin! I graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy and became a Registered Massage Therapist in 2019. My treatment approach is to work with patients to determine what specific or general outcomes they wish to achieve. The majority of techniques I use in my practice are Swedish Massage techniques. I often use joint mobilizations and interactive stretching when a limited range of motion is present, commonly found in the shoulders, hips and sacro-iliac joints (SI joints). After assessment and during treatment, I provide education on any injuries or painful areas being treated, and make a treatment plan that aims to resolve present concerns and reduce the recurrence of symptoms. Some specific areas and conditions that I have experience treating are SI joint pain or instability, which is often described as a combination of low back and hip pain, TMJ discomfort, tension headaches, and nerve impingements such as carpal tunnel, thoracic outlet syndrome, or numbness and tingling in the arms or hands. I am confident in providing safe and effective treatment for patients in any stage of pregnancy and postpartum.
