I’ve been there myself. I am on a mission to create better solutions for women and their reproductive goals. From better periods to building your family or feeling more educated and confident in your decisions; you deserve to know your options and make informed choices. As a primary care naturopathic physician in BC, I use evidence-based methods to create sustainable plans. I help you bridge the gaps in your healthcare. If you work with a fertility doctor, gynecologist, or another healthcare provider, I integrate within your care team and help you achieve better outcomes. I have a degree in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry and worked in the pharmaceutical industry in the research and development of novel pharmaceuticals. My true calling was in the art of medicine, integrating lifestyle, nutrition, lived experience, and evidence-based strategies to create tailored plans that make sense and work. When not in the clinic, my hobbies include traveling, reading new books, and often you can find me outdoors; camping or hiking.
