Lexi was raised in Abbotsford and began her healthcare journey graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from UFV. She then travelled to England to complete her Masters of Science in Physiotherapy from Brunel University London in 2025. Since graduating, she has completed her Level 1 Pelvic Health certification. She uses a client-centred approach to encourage a collaborative and individualized treatment plan. She wants each person to feel that they are an active participant in their rehab, whether it be women’s health, young athletes, or orthopaedic patients. Her passion for health and well-being is reflected in her movement-focused approach to care. Lexi brings experience from university-level sport, high-performance training environments, and active rehab practice to the clinic. This diverse background provides her with knowledge across different populations and conditions. Outside of the clinic, Lexi enjoys cooking, hiking, travelling, and spending time outside with friends and family.

This appointment is for all NEW Pelvic Floor Assessments / Re-assessments. This session includes an assessment and treatment, IMS, exercise program (when required) and an internal and/or external pelvic exam (with patients’ full consent). Bookings not meeting this criterion will be cancelled through our scheduling system.
