I hold over 21 years of experience with a focus on pain relief and management. I enjoy using various modalities for the most appropriate experience, with the goal of achieving the greatest benefit. I tend to slant more toward clinical massage over general relaxation massage; however, clinical does not necessarily mean painful. The goal is to always be able to let go and fully relax throughout. My goal is to find the 'comfort zone' between deeply relieving and relaxing.
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
