Therapeutic massage therapy session, typically comprised of an intuitive blend of modalities which might include elements of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Acupressure, Reflexology, and Lymphatic massage. We can discuss your preferences at the time of service, and the massage will be adjusted according to your needs. Hydrotherapy (moist heat packs) and aromatherapy (your choice of essential oils) are always included if desired. I use organic massage creams and oils.

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. Kelsey was trained in MLD and Lymphedema Therapy through the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy, which uses the Vodder technique. No heat or oils are used during a typical lymphatic drainage session.
