Julia is a passionate Physiotherapist with a strong understanding of movement, health, and helping others live active, fulfilling lives. Born and raised in Moncton/Riverview, NB, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of New Brunswick, where she also swam competitively with the UNB Reds after many years with the Codiac Vikings Swim Club. She went on to earn her Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University. With a lifelong involvement in sports, including swimming, field hockey, and rugby, Julia has developed a strong appreciation for the physical demands and challenges athletes face, including injury prevention and rehabilitation. She enjoys working with clients of all ages and activity levels creating individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that help people move confidently and return to the activities they enjoy most. Outside the clinic, Julia enjoys running, hiking, swimming, and participating in local fitness classes. With a compassionate, client-centered approach, Julia is committed to helping individuals restore strength, improve mobility, and guiding them on their journey to a healthier, more fulfilling life.
