Dr. Alex was inspired to be a chiropractor by his love for sports. He has been playing sportsfor most of his life having played football for more than 25 years. He has also recently taken up playing tennis and cycling. Dr. Alex has had his fair share of injuries over the years from sports and that has helped him to further understand what it takes to get back sport and apply that to his patients who want to get back to their every day activities. As a Chiropractor, Dr. Alex looks at the body as a whole. His schooling philosophy taught him that everything is connected, and his treatments are reflected in that. He does a lot of soft tissue work to help loosen up the muscles. He also does different types of Chiropractic adjustments to help joints move. Dr. Alex can also provide some exercises and stretches for patients to do at home.
