Cordelle’s goals are to create a therapeutic setting that allows for openness and ease for communication as a high-priority value, allowing patients to maintain agency over their treatment plans and expectations from his work. Cordelle’s manner of assessment is both textbook and flexible; using the most reliable testing methods while allowing for fluidity in examination, so that he and his patient’s may feel most assured of assessment results. He is also an avid collaborator: understanding that his knowledge is finite as he seeks insight from other healthcare professionals so that he may deliver the utmost client-centered care.
