Yolanda was born in Tacoma, Washington and raised in Vancouver, BC. In 2006, she moved to Calgary, Alberta with her husband to start a family. Her personal health journey sparked a deep passion for wellness, leading her to lose a total of 93 lbs through dedication to diet, exercise, and lifestyle change. Inspired by this transformation, Yolanda pursued a career in massage therapy. She graduated from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy (ACMT) after completing the 2,200-hour program and is registered with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC). Yolanda focuses on improving body mechanics and addressing compensation patterns while educating clients on better movement and overall physical wellness. Her training includes Swedish and therapeutic massage, trigger point therapy, contract-relax stretching, and joint mobilization. Outside of work, Yolanda enjoys running and staying active, completing her first 5K in support of Alzheimer’s disease in honour of her mother.
