Victoria is a physiotherapist who brings energy, empathy, and a strong athletic background into her practice. She completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University in 2023, after earning a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Ontario Tech University in 2017. Growing up in the Durham Region, Victoria was always involved in sports and went on to play varsity soccer throughout university. She continues to play at a semi-professional level today, which fuels her passion for movement and performance. Her interest in physiotherapy started with a fascination for how resilient and adaptable the human body can be, but it was her hands-on experience helping people in her community reach their goals that truly solidified her path. Victoria is known for her positive, down-to-earth approach and her ability to connect with her patients. She focuses on delivering individualized, patient-centered care that empowers people to take an active role in their health. Her treatment style blends education, manual therapy, acupuncture and dry needling, and tailored exercise programming. She has a special interest in working with active individuals, from athletes to regular gym-goers, as well as older adults looking to stay strong, independent, and engaged in their daily lives. As a certified Pilates instructor, she also integrates clinical Pilates into her sessions when appropriate. Outside the clinic, you’ll likely find Victoria staying active, whether that’s playing soccer, cycling, going for a run, or getting outdoors whenever she can. She’s also a self-proclaimed foodie who’s always appreciative of a good recommendation.
