**Specialties: Lymphatic Body & Face Massage, Pre/Post natal Massage, Pain Management** Hey there! I’m a Registered Massage Therapist and a Certified Yoga Therapist with a background in Social Work. This experience lends me a unique lens to my holistic and individualized approach. I am passionate about helping others feel their best by tuning in to their bodies systems and the messages those systems provide – both subtle and obvious. By attuning to our bodies on a deeper level we can improve our relationship with our innate inner wisdom and transform our overall health and wellbeing. The best of you is already there - let’s work together to bring it out!
