As a Student Massage Therapist, Josie is excited to begin working with clients while continuing her education toward becoming a Registered Massage Therapist. Josie is committed to creating a calm, comfortable environment where clients feel listened to, respected, and supported throughout their wellness journey. Each treatment reflects her thoughtful approach, growing knowledge, and genuine desire to help people feel their best. Born and raised in High River, Josie values the sense of community and connection that comes with small-town living. Outside of the clinic, she has played rugby for nine years and currently serves as captain of her women’s team, an experience that has strengthened her appreciation for body mechanics, resilience, and the importance of recovery. Her dedication extends beyond the field as well, having built a reputation for being dependable, hardworking, and attentive to detail throughout her six years with Canadian Tire. Josie looks forward to building lasting relationships with her clients and helping them feel more comfortable, capable, and at ease in their everyday lives.
