I am a licensed massage therapist with over a decade of experience, practicing since 2013. Based in Montana, I take pride in serving my local community and supporting the hardworking individuals who make this state such a special place. My professional journey began in a clinical setting working with a manual physical therapist, where I developed a strong understanding of therapeutic massage for a wide variety of conditions. I have since trained in numerous modalities, including deep tissue massage, kinesiology taping, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, active release techniques, and pre- and peri-natal massage. My current focus is women’s health, with specialized attention to peri-natal and perimenopause massage. I am committed to providing informed, compassionate care tailored to each client’s unique needs.
