I am a therapeutic massage therapist with a passion for fosteringconnectionwith our bodies, our natural environment, and our community. I have over 20 years of massage experience including working in a pain management clinic, sports spa and cooperative wellness center. My studies in Thai bodywork over the past 16 years integrated into every massage provide a knowledgeable clinical yet personal holistic approach to every session. Services range from deep tissue therapeutic massage, balancing relaxation, pain or injury recovery to hot herbal compresses, Thai bodywork and other Asian therapies such as cupping and scraping.
Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.
