I graduated from Finger Lakes School of Massage in 2009 and have been working with Sanctuary on 2nd since 2011. My holistic massage style includes but not limited to traditional swedish integrated with deeper muscular and connective tissue therapies. I also love working with hot stones especially when clients have specific goals for a session. I believe massage can increase self awareness and is an important addition to aiding an individuals overall healthcare goals. When I'm not at Sanctuary I spend most free time sculpting, biking and supporting my friends in there artistic endeavors.
