Ayesha’s fascination with human movement began early, shaping a career rooted in curiosity, compassion, and clinical excellence. She earned her Bachelor’s degree with Honours in Physical Therapy from the University of Delhi in 2010, followed by a post-graduate diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Humber College, Toronto, in 2014. Her clinical expertise is supported by extensive postgraduate training, including certifications in Dry Needling, Vestibular Therapy, TMJ Therapy, Concussion Management, and the Mulligan Concept. Ayesha has worked with a diverse patient population—paediatric, geriatric, post-surgical, and individuals with complex musculoskeletal conditions—bringing a thoughtful, individualized approach to every case. Having lived with Fibromyalgia for nearly two decades, Ayesha has developed a deep and personal interest in pain management. She believes that a Physical Therapist’s most powerful tools are skilled hands and a strong foundation in anatomy, both of which guide her treatment philosophy. Her clinical interests include understanding referred pain patterns, trigger point release, and decompression therapy to relieve pain and restore function. A firm advocate of evidence-based practice, Ayesha continually updates her knowledge to ensure her patients receive the most effective, current care. She places strong emphasis on patient education, empowering individuals to understand their condition and take an active role in their recovery. Known for her effervescence, quick wit, humour, and unwavering dedication, Ayesha is a natural people-person whose energy puts patients at ease. She enjoys traveling and exploring new places, though Toronto remains her first love. In her spare time, she reads and writes poetry—an art form that has earned her national recognition, in the past.
