Brenden has been practicing massage therapy since 2021 after graduating from the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapies. From an early age, he had a strong interest in helping others and a fascination with how the human body works, which ultimately led him to pursue a career in massage therapy. Brenden works with a wide range of clients, helping people manage pain, recover from injuries, and improve overall mobility and well-being. While he has a special interest in sports-related injuries and recovery, his practice supports individuals of all ages and activity levels, including youth athletes, active adults, and those seeking relief from everyday aches and tension. Having experienced multiple injuries himself during years of playing football and hockey, Brenden understands firsthand how important proper rehabilitation and body maintenance are for returning to activity safely. This experience inspired him to pursue additional training in sports massage, including certification in pre- and post-event sports massage therapy. Known for his approachable and down-to-earth personality, Brenden takes time to listen to his clients and understand their concerns and goals. His treatments focus on reducing pain, improving mobility, and helping clients feel and move better in their daily lives. In addition to massage therapy, Brenden offers complementary techniques such as kinesiology taping and cupping therapy when appropriate to support recovery and overall function. Brenden continues to expand his knowledge through ongoing education and practical experience and is committed to providing thoughtful, effective care to every client he works with.
