The human mind and body captivate me. We are so adaptable, with the right tools and mindset we can work with any physical or mental challenges that may arise. As a therapist, I spend most of my time helping people get to know their body in a deeper sense. I employ both a hands-on and hands-off approach. My belief is that manual therapy is an appreciable tool used for temporary results, and remedial exercise is used as a way to make those results last. In treatment, I use the two in combination to help empower my clients and guide them back to their normal lives pain-free. My approach revolves around client-centered care. When you walk into treatment, my first question is usually “what’s the plan for today?” because I want to ensure that we are meeting your needs at that moment. Ultimately, my goal is to help you feel confident in your ability to navigate your health.
