Andy is a graduate of the massage therapy program at Vancouver Career College. Since graduation, his treatment has primarily utilized deep and smooth Swedish massage techniques to release muscle tissue in areas such as the neck, shoulders, low back, and legs. He enjoys helping patients become pain-free when living their active lifestyle as well as office workers experiencing discomfort while working at their desks. He commonly performs a variety of myofascial releases, range of motion exercises, and has taken extra training in TMJ treatment and Ligamentous Articular Strain Technique (L.A.S.T.) in the hip/pelvis region. Andy developed his interest in athletic biomechanics while growing playing hockey, golf, soccer, and football. Before entering massage therapy school, Andy obtained a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Lethbridge. Andy’s passions outside of work include 90s hip-hop, MTV’s The Challenge, and fantasy football & baseball (despite being terrible at it). Andy is always welcoming new patients whether they are seeking a return to pain-free activity or sport, or simply soft-tissue maintenance and injury prevention.
