Chiropractic treatment uses gentle hands-on or instrument assisted corrections to areas in the body where restrictions are found. This releases tension, and imbalance, allowing the body to experience improved healing, less pain and overall better function. Many patients who come into my office for common complaints of neck or low back pain also see improvement in sleep patterns, digestion and stress level. I apply gentle touch that focus on correcting patterns of imbalance throughout the body and not just in the area of complaint. By identifying patterns I can often find and correct the root cause of an imbalance so the correction lasts longer and the entire system responds with improvement. The primary techniques I use are Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT), Activator Methods, Diversified, Receptor Tonus (NIMMO), KST and Logan Basic. These techniques are appropriate for all ages and are easily tolerable no matter the health and condition of the individual.
Initial/Re-evaluation chiropractic appointment. Includes full history, physical examination, referral for imaging if necessary and adjustment. Re-evaluation is necessary if it has been over six months since your last adjustment.
