You decided to "get back into it" — and your knee filed its report the next morning. Or the weight went up at the gym and your shoulder won't lift the kettle without a small ceremony. Or you got the "you're cleared" after rehab, and your body never opened the email. This first visit is a full hour on how you actually move — where it's breaking down, what's quietly covering for what, and the one or two changes that do the most. Wing and Hilland show you what they find, so you walk out knowing your own body better than your search history does. Includes 5 red light therapy sessions — the easier layer for the days life gets in the way. You still do the homework; the red light just holds your progress steady on the days you skip. Welcome Visit rate for new patients. Follow-up care is at our standard rates, shown when you book.
