Polina is a motivated massage therapy graduate with over 15 years of health and wellness experience, developing strong assessment and treatment skills through her ongoing clinical work. She is particularly experienced in working with postural patterns, and enjoys incorporating trigger point therapy, therapeutic flow, and fascial release techniques into her treatments. When the weather is warm, Polina enjoys spending time paddling on the water, and at home she loves working on sewing projects.
