Graduating with honours from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2018, Sheena is passionate about helping her patients on their journey to health and wellness. Through assessment, education, treatment and home care, she works diligently with her clients by getting to the root of underlying dysfunction and tapping into the body’s innate ability to heal. Her approach considers the value of individual treatment plans and is central to creating a comfortable space for relaxation by allowing patients to drop into their nervous system through participatory engagement. Sheena helps her patients reach their goals through modalities such as Myofascial release, End Range Loading, Swedish massage, Joint mobilization, and Muscle Energy. As a medium-depth therapist, some treatment modalities will require patients to be fully dressed and able to move freely, please show up with flexible clothing. On her time off she enjoys gardening, hiking local mountains, and spending time with her dog, the lovable and amenable, Mr. Ruckus.
