Carola Braverman, BA, RMT, Pilates Instructor Carola Braverman is a passionate and dedicated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with a diverse background in Pilates instruction and a deep understanding of body movement. Graduating with honours from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, Carola blends her extensive knowledge of biomechanics and physical well-being with a compassionate, patient- centred approach to treatment. Before transitioning to massage therapy, Carola spent many years as a Pilates instructor, where she developed a comprehensive understanding of the body’s movement patterns. This experience has allowed her to bring a unique, holistic perspective to her massage therapy practice, focusing on improving functional movement and helping patients achieve their goals of living a pain-free, active lifestyle. Carola is deeply committed to lifelong learning and is always exploring new methods and techniques to enhance her practice. Her expertise includes orthopaedic treatments, sports injury rehabilitation, postural pain and dysfunction correction, pre- and post-natal massage, post- surgical rehabilitation, stress-related muscle tension, and trauma-informed relaxation massage. New patients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out intake forms or download them from the website. Patients with extended health plans should bring their insurance card to their first visit. If an appointment needs to be cancelled, 24 hours' notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee. If you arrive late, the appointment will end at the scheduled time and the full original cost will be charged. Reminders via text message or email are available upon request, however, not receiving a reminder does not excuse you from the cancellation policy. Payment for missed appointments can be made in person, over the phone, or at the next scheduled appointment.
