John is a licensed physiotherapist who completed his Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at York University, and Masters of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto. John has always been fascinated with the anatomy and biomechanics of the human body from a very young age. From experiencing physiotherapy in his early childhood, to being involved in many different sports, he understands the importance of exercise and physical therapy in FutureProofing your body. He strives to create meaningful, lifelong relationships with his clients, and implements a personalized plan of care that includes manual therapy techniques and exercises to restore function and prevent re-injury. In his spare time, you’ll find him playing basketball at the gym, exploring hidden food gems in Toronto, or binging Netflix series. John can also speak conversational Arabic.
