Dr. Lauren is a St. Louis based chiropractor with a clinical focus on movement, rehabilitation, and performance. Originally from eastern Michigan, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Lee University, and earned both her Doctorate of Chiropractic (DC) and Master’s in Sports Science & Rehabilitation (MS) from Logan University (2021). Her treatment approach combines hands-on care - including Active Release Therapy (ART), dry needling (CDNP), and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) - with strength training principles to support each patient’s unique goals. Whether helping someone move out of pain, return to training, or navigate everyday demands with more ease, Dr. Lauren provides care that is intentional, collaborative, and rooted in movement.
