Reflexology
Reflexology is a complementary therapy that uses pressure point massage, primarily on the feet, to promote overall well-being and restore the body's natural healing processes. It's based on the idea that specific reflex points in the feet correspond to different organs and body systems, and stimulating these points can improve circulation, relieve tension, and alleviate stress.
