Kimberly Williams believes that the client has a role in their own recovery and healing process and views her clients as active participants and partners in their well-being journey. One of her core beliefs is that every individual's body is unique, and she tailors her massages to meet the specific needs of her clients. By combining various techniques, she creates a custom massage experience that promotes relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. Some of the techniques incorporated into her massages include Active Release Techniques (ART), Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and elements of Sports Massage. Ultimately, Kimberly's goal as a massage therapist is to assist her clients in their recovery and healing processes. Whether they seek relaxation, pain relief, or enhanced physical performance, she strives to provide a therapeutic experience that meets their unique needs and helps them achieve their desired outcomes. Kimberly graduated from The Healing Arts and Massage school in 2016. She has additional certifications in Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage, Cupping, Hot stone massage, Prenatal massage and Abyhanga/ Shirodara Ayurvedic massage. She is a proud member of the American Massage Therapy Association, which reflects her commitment to upholding industry standards and continuous learning. In her free time she loves to dance, going to the gym, watching the sunsets, going to the beach and spending time with family.
