Jessica is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the CMTO. Passionate about helping others feel their best, her journey into massage therapy began while earning her bachelor’s degree in Sociology. Although she valued the theoretical knowledge gained through her studies, Jessica was drawn to a more practical, hands-on approach to helping others—leading her to pursue a career in massage therapy. She completed her initial massage training at IKRA Massage Academy in 2019 and practiced as a massage therapist for a couple of years in Montréal before earning her diploma in Massage Therapy from Kikkawa College in Toronto. Jessica blends a unique balance of therapeutic and relaxation techniques to address pain, reduce stress, and support overall well-being. She draws on a variety of modalities, including Swedish massage, Thai massage, Shiatsu, prenatal massage, myofascial work, and sports massage. As an RMT, Jessica takes a client-centred approach, striving to create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for all. She encourages active communication during treatments and is highly adaptable, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of her clients—whether you’re seeking relief from chronic tension, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to relax.

While the psychological response includes, an increased sense of well-being, as well as the relief of daily stressors. The results of stress and pain can be relieved or prevented through regular massage therapy treatment by maintaining physical function.
