I completed my Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Gujarat University, India, in 2016. Following graduation, I worked in both hospital and private clinic settings for two years, gaining valuable experience in post-operative rehabilitation, general orthopedic conditions, and sports injury management across various age groups. In 2018, I moved to Canada to further my education and completed a Post-Graduate Diploma in Kinesiology from the College of the Rockies in British Columbia. In 2020, I relocated to Moncton, New Brunswick, where I worked with Bayshore Home Care and Goguen Residence as a Long-Term Care Worker and Rehabilitation Assistant. These roles allowed me to develop extensive experience in patient care, functional rehabilitation, and interdisciplinary healthcare collaboration while preparing for the physiotherapy licensing examinations. After successfully passing the physiotherapy licensing examination in 2025, I joined Rehab 1 Clinic in 2026 as a Provisional Physiotherapist. Since then, I have been expanding my clinical expertise through the management of a diverse caseload, with a focus on evidence-based assessment and treatment approaches. To further enhance my clinical skills, I have completed the APTEI Upper Extremity Course, strengthening my knowledge and treatment strategies for upper limb musculoskeletal conditions. I am committed to providing patient-centered care and helping individuals achieve their rehabilitation goals through personalized treatment plans, education, and active rehabilitation. Areas of Interest: Orthopedic rehabilitation, post-operative recovery, sports injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, functional restoration, exercise therapy, and patient education. Personal Interests: Outside of the clinic, I enjoy practicing yoga, playing badminton, and maintaining an active lifestyle through fitness training. As a fitness enthusiast, I value the importance of movement and wellness in everyday life. I also enjoy being actively involved in the local community and participating in activities that promote health, connection, and overall well-being.
