Greetings, I'm Carolina Ruiz, and I'm passionate about being a Massage Therapist because it allows me to make a positive difference in people's lives by helping them feel better. I'm proud to be a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and hold an Associate's degree in Massage Therapy from Keiser College. Furthermore, I am licensed in massage therapy and hold CPR certification.
Massage Therapy
Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.All online forms must be filled out online prior to coming in for service.
Acupuncture
Moving cupping , 30 min massage, infared therapy & aromatic steam pack therapy are effective tools for reducing stress, inflammation insomnia and pain. Cupping is also extremely effective in relieving tension in your muscles. In fact, its commonly noted that cupping has a similar effect to that of a deep tissue massage. The treatment is highly effective to help with range of motion in the back, neck, and shoulders.
