Ashley Mechling L.AC., MSTCM, MA, is a Board Licensed Acupuncturist with a master’s degree in integral counseling psychology. She practices natural medicine using all branches of classical Chinese medicine including: acupuncture, Chinese and western herbal medicine, nutrition and lifestyle guidance, tui na massage, gua sha, cupping, moxibustion, qi gong & meditation. Ashley’s unique approach to wellness is inspired and informed from over 20 years studying meditation, classical Yoga, Ayurveda and mind-body psychology. Aside from her rigorous and extensive training in Chinese herbal formulation, Ashley’s deep reverence for the wisdom of plant medicine prior to Chinese medicine school led her to study clinical western herbalism, Ayurvedic herbalism, and Tibetan herbal medicine.
