My job is to listen and assist you in your healing process. I use techniques that will help you feel more comfortable in your body. Techniques such as: Swedish, Trigger Point Therapy (TPT), Myofascial release, sports, scraping , cupping, and deep tissue work. I work with all types of people - from the young to the young at heart, Parents, office workers, sports athletes, construction, house cleaners, teachers, and other medical providers. Allow me to help you heal. I am a well-versed Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) I attend to patients at Metamorphose Therapy, (my private practice), in St. Paul, MN. I'm also serving athletes at the Minnesota Golden Gophers football team and the Minnesota Wild corporate office personnel. As a massage therapist, I have dedicated training and unique experience in the manipulation of muscles and soft tissues to relieve pain, promote injury healing, improve circulation, and relieve stress. I've attended Saint Paul College and was awarded certification in therapeutic massage. Additionally I hold an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Clinical Sports Massage. I completed the program for Holistic Nutrition Coach at Saint Paul College, and was inducted into Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. I stay at the forefront of my challenging specialty via memberships and affiliations with prestigious professional societies and associations, such as the of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.
