Physiotherapist Lillian is a recent graduate of Dalhousie University with a strong background in Kinesiology from Wilfrid Laurier University, where she also completed minors in Biology and Psychology. Growing up in the world of competitive dance, Lillian developed a passion for movement-based therapy early on, which has shaped her approach to physiotherapy. Her academic journey sparked a deep curiosity for neuroscience and biomechanics, which now informs her clinical practice. At the clinic, Lillian specializes in treating concussion, neurological conditions, and orthopaedic concerns, always prioritizing functional, client-centered care to enhance her patients’ quality of life. With a compassionate and holistic approach, she strives to empower her clients through every stage of their recovery. Having lived across provinces throughout her life, she was ready for her newest adventure in moving from Cape Breton, NS, to Newfoundland. When she’s not at the clinic, you can find her enjoying a coffee at a local cafe or joining a nearby running club—often at the same time!
