As a California Certified Massage Therapist and graduate of the California Holistic Institute in San Luis Obispo, I offer customized therapeutic bodywork designed to meet your bodys needs in the moment. Rather than separating each modality into a different service, I keep the menu simple and integrate the techniques most appropriate for your goals. Sessions may draw from deep tissue, Swedish, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, stretching, cupping, hot stones, sports-based work, and other supportive methods as needed. My work is intended to support pain relief, mobility, recovery, relaxation, and nervous system regulation through treatment that is both effective and restorative. Each session is shaped with care, precision, and responsiveness to how your body presents that day. Aside from massaging people I massage horses. My background in equine massage has further refined my sensitivity to subtle physical and energetic cues. Working with horses has strengthened my ability to listen beyond words, recognize patterns of tension and guardedness, and respond with grounded, intuitive care. This awareness informs my work with clients and supports a style of bodywork that is highly attentive, individualized, and deeply therapeutic.
