I am a Resident Physiotherapist with nearly 10 years of international clinical experience and over 1.5 years of professional practice in Canada. I hold a Master’s degree in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from Himalayan University and have completed a three-year certification program in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in India. My clinical experience spans both pediatric and geriatric populations, with a strong focus on delivering individualized, evidence-based care. I have extensive experience in conducting antenatal (ANC) and postnatal (PNC) programs, supporting women throughout pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation. In addition to conventional physiotherapy, I integrate holistic and mind–body approaches into patient care. I am certified in breathing techniques, meditation, and Arhatic Yoga, which allows me to support patients’ physical recovery while also enhancing mental well-being. I have also served as a faculty member at the K11 Academy of Fitness Sciences in Pune, where I contributed to the education and mentorship of aspiring healthcare and fitness professionals. I am dedicated to helping patients reduce pain, restore functional mobility, and improve overall quality of life through compassionate, personalized, and integrative physiotherapy care.
