Surneet is a Registered Physiotherapist and a member of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. She completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences and holds a postgraduate certification in Healthcare Administration and Service Management from Conestoga College. Surneet has experience assessing and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, as well as providing post-surgical rehabilitation for procedures such as rotator cuff repair, ACL reconstruction, and total knee replacement. She also has training in pelvic floor physiotherapy, helping individuals with pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, prolapse, and other pelvic health conditions. Her treatment approach is evidence-based and hands-on, incorporating manual therapy, myofascial release techniques, dry needling, kinesiology taping, and therapeutic exercise to help patients reduce pain, restore movement, and return to their daily activities. Surneet believes in creating individualized rehabilitation plans tailored to each person’s goals. She emphasizes patient education and preventative strategies, empowering individuals to better understand their condition, actively participate in their recovery, and reduce the risk of future injuries.
