Myla is a dedicated osteopathic manual practitioner who graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in 2023 and is a proud member of the Ontario Osteopathic Association. With a lifelong passion for helping others, Myla was drawn to osteopathy after her own experience with injury. After playing competitive soccer and hockey, she sought various treatments such as physiotherapy, massage therapy, and ultrasounding, but it wasn’t until she discovered osteopathy that she found immediate relief. Inspired by this holistic and effective approach, she committed herself to helping others experience the same benefits. Myla offers a comprehensive treatment approach, aiming to restore balance within the body by manipulating muscles, joints, and tissues to improve circulation, reduce pain, and enhance the body’s natural healing abilities. She can provide relief for a wide range of conditions if it is a structural or mechanical issue, including back and neck pain, headaches, fibromyalgia, disc injuries, sciatica, TMJ issues, joint pain, arthritis, plantar fasciitis, and posture problems. Myla is deeply fascinated by the body’s functionality and is constantly amazed at how osteopathy optimizes that natural function. She strives to create a welcoming and supportive environment where each patient’s health concerns are thoroughly heard and addressed. In her free time, Myla enjoys playing sports, reading, spending quality time with family and friends, and hiking in nature. If you haven’t tried osteopathy yet, Myla encourages you to give it a shot—it might just change your life!
