Dr. Tania graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2019. She is fluent in both English and French and provides evidence-based and patient centered care. Her form of therapy includes techniques of Manipulation (with and without drop pieces), Instrument Assisted and Manual Soft-Tissue Therapy, Clinical Acupuncture, Cupping Therapy, Manual Lymph Drainage, Activator, Elastic-Therapeutic Taping, and Exercise Therapy. Dr. Tania has always had an interest in women’s health care: specifically, when it comes to pregnancy and post-partum care. She is working towards raising the standard of care for post-partum women by giving evidence-based, quality information, guidance, and rehabilitative care. She is certified in the Webster technique, the Pregnancy and Post-Partum Corrective Exercise Specialist program, and in GROWCO. In addition to her proficiency in women’s health care, Dr. Tania enjoys treating headaches & chronic spinal stiffness.

Initial Chiropractic Care Visit- Assessment & Treatment. Treatment consists of manual therapy, modalities and exercise prescription. Appointment can take between 40-60 min, depending on the complexity of the complaint presented.
