Lauren graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2021 and also holds a Bachelor of Physical Education & Coaching with a Diploma in Sport Science from Douglas College, where she played on the women’s volleyball team for four years. Lauren discovered early on that massage was a powerful addition to her self-care and recovery routines. She combines her background in sport and group fitness instruction with her love of human anatomy to give a focused and well balanced treatment. She creates a calm environment that allow her patients the space to heal and relax. Lauren empowers her patients to connect with their bodies on a deeper level and give them tools to help them live their happiest lives outside the treatment room. She uses a variety of manual therapy techniques including myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, active and passive stretching, joint mobilizations and trigger point therapy. In her free time she loves to hike the BC trails, camp and take regular cold plunges.
