Humber College Massage Therapy, Graduated April 2015 Meghan’s passion for sports, and her multiple injuries playing them, lead her to experience first hand what health care providers, like RMT’s, can do to help with pain management, range of motion rehabilitation, and prevention. Her 9 years as an RMT working in multidisciplinary clinics has given Meghan the experience in creating catered treatment plans for multiple types of conditions and a variety of different injuries, using techniques such as trigger point release, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, and stretches. Meghan is also a teacher of the Massage Therapy program, which keeps her up to date and relevant on all things massage therapy. Meghan’s philosophy of care is that by working with your patients and involving them in the goals and treatment plans process, massage therapy can be an extremely successful rehabilitation and prevention tool. Meghan loves to play sports, try new cuisine, stay active through hiking and biking, and spend time with her family and friends.
