I grew up in Berthoud and have spent most of my life in Colorado. My passion for bodywork began in 2009, and I graduated from the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in 2010 with training in neuromuscular and myofascial release techniques. For the past decade, I have worked in a medical clinic treating work compensation injuries and helping patients recover from pain, improve mobility, and restore function. I’ve continued expanding my training in a variety of therapeutic modalities including trigger point therapy, scraping (IASTM), cupping, and Hyperice vibration therapy. My approach to recovery focuses on five core pillars: proper hydration, nutrition and supplementation, soft tissue mobility, functional strength, and mental well-being. Outside the clinic, I enjoy cooking and BBQ, staying active, playing disc golf, and spending time with my wife of nine years.
